Case Studies
Since EHSL was founded in 2012, it has set up multiple supported housing schemes in a wide range of localities. These case studies look at how EHSL has worked with prospective tenants, professionals and other stakeholders to deliver the accommodation solutions required.
Chobham Road, Woking
In 2022, EHSL and Woodleigh Healthcare Ltd opened a new supported living scheme in Woking for 10 people with learning disabilities who have recently graduated from college. The Chobham Road houses are two attractive recently built six-bedroom detached houses with separate spacious garden areas.

Stratton Lodge is an existing scheme in Enfield accommodating 10 people in a modern block. Its management transferred to EHSL in 2023 following a review of the existing arrangements by care provider Next Step Support, introducing EHSL’s intensive housing management service for the benefit of the tenants and the service.

After a number of incidents concerning aggressive behaviours which affected other tenants, it was agreed that David’s needs would be best met in self-contained accommodation where he could have dedicated 24/7 care.
