EHSL was founded in 2012 and has since expanded to offer a range of housing options, working in partnership with local authorities, care providers, private landlords and other housing associations.

In 2022, EHSL and Woodleigh Healthcare Ltd opened a new supported living scheme in Woking for 10 people with learning disabilities who have recently graduated from college. The Chobham Road houses are two attractive recently built six-bedroom detached houses with separate spacious garden areas.

Heath Court, Milton Keynes

Heath Court opened in 2021 and comprises accommodation for 13 people in small shared flats, with access to 24/7 support from Next Step Support.
