Goffs Lane, Hertfordshire

In 2020, EHSL opened the Goffs Lane service in Hertfordshire with NSSL Group. The scheme offers 24/7 support to up to 12 people living in a combination of one-bed flats and two-bed flats. Referrals are generally received from Herts Partnership NHS Foundation Trust for people requiring support with mental health.

Heath Court, Milton Keynes

Heath Court opened in 2021 and comprises accommodation for 13 people in small shared flats, with access to 24/7 support from Next Step Support.

Chobham Road, Woking

In 2022, EHSL and Woodleigh Healthcare Ltd opened a new supported living scheme in Woking for 10 people with learning disabilities who have recently graduated from college. The Chobham Road houses are two attractive recently built six-bedroom detached houses with separate spacious garden areas.

Stratton Lodge, Enfield

Stratton Lodge is an existing scheme in Enfield accommodating 10 people in a modern block. Its management transferred to EHSL in 2023 following a review of the existing arrangements by care provider Next Step Support, introducing EHSL’s intensive housing management service for the benefit of the tenants and the service.

Arden House, Leighton Buzzard

EHSL and Next Step Support have worked together to create a new supported housing scheme in Bedfordshire. Arden House was a disused office building which has been converted to provide 30 self-contained flats for people who require 24/7 overnight support from Next Step.

Opened by EHSL and Next Step Support in 2021, Cavan Court is a new-build block containing a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom flats, to accommodate 9 people.
